Housing Search Listings

The Landlord Contact List includes property managers and owners who are either qualified for or accept Northwest Oregon Housing Authority tenants who have been approved for Section 8 or HTBA  temporary rent subsidies, NOHA owned rentals (see Echnie Court below), or private landlords who provide rentals at lower rental rates.   Please also check classifies in the Tillamook Headlight Herald, Daily Astorian,  and the North Coast Citizen.

Northwest Housing Authority (NOHA)

Applications for assistance by the Northwest Oregon Housing Authority (NOHA) may be obtained through the contact listed, through the Commission on Children and Families at 503-842-1812, Tillamook Family Counciling Center at 842-8201x215 , or through your school's Family Resource Coordinator.  While waiting lists for openings in these programs now often exceed one to two years it is recommended that applications be placed on file early if a longer term need is anticipated.

NOHA operated Echanie Court in Bayside Gardens – Nehalem, Oregon
Four 3 bedroom and eight 2 bedroom units. Rural Development subsidy (tenant rent is 30% of adjusted annual income). Eligibility requirements apply. Tenants pay electric and water.
