• Families referred by CARE or other area community services programs can use TLC Federal Credit Union’s “Balance” program that provides free professional, confidential money management information and counseling for money management and housing counseling, a debt repayment plan, credit report review, and a toll-free information line. Call (503) 842-7523.
Rinehart Clinic: Provides dental exams and cleaning to clinic patients who qualify on their income based sliding scale ranging from a $5 minimum up to 80% of charges. The Rinehart Clinic also gives out school vouchers for students that have medical
needs that are keeping them out of school, which may include but not limited to dental needs, chronic pain, ear aches, lack of immunizations or need for sports physicals.
